ArcherDB (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a web-based platform for managing archery leagues, events, scoring, check-ins, and training. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for activity under your account

3. Platform Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or use ArcherDB for unlawful purposes.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizations and event creators are solely responsible for:

• Event and league accuracy
• Participant data
• Scheduling and scoring integrity
• Registration terms and pricing

5. Payments & Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). ArcherDB may charge platform fees. Refunds and payouts depend on organizer policies.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of your content, but grant ArcherDB permission to process and display it as required to operate the platform.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ArcherDB is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• User-entered errors
• Event mismanagement
• Loss of data beyond reasonable control

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
